Thank you to Joanna (Gibbello) Thompson for sharing this news about the passing of Judy Scansi McMillen.

She writes:  She was one of my best friends from Silverado Jr. High on to Napa High.  We had kept in contact all these years even when she moved to Alaska.

It is with true sadness to report that Judy Scansi McMillen passed away 2-10-24 on her birthday due to a short illness. She leaves her husband Brian, along with their sons, Brian and Jason and their families. She also leaves her brother Robert Scansi and many grandchildren, a few great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her services were held a week later in Wasilla, Alaska.  She had a very active life in Alaska and loved her Italian cooking, hunting, and fishing on the Kenai River, and more activities with her grandkids and families.
