It did not take too long before I was tired of retirement and I returned to the Suisun City Police Department as a Master Sergeant, still working part time.

I have totally retired from Law Enforcement as of January 1, 2020 after fifty-one years. I am now working for two large attorney firms in southern California. I am working the northern California areas of Napa, Sonoma, Yolo and Solano Counties as an investigator.

Good morning Sue
Yes, I have known Dax from the time he started, he is a good person, deputy, and friend. Dax has helped me out many times over the years, his promotions have been well deserved, if he hangs in there, he has a good chance at Captain when Autry retires, give him my best.
It has been a long time, but it is likely that I worked with his dad. I worked Contra Costa County SO from 1970 till 1975. I am so sorry to hear of Sergenat West passing.

Good evening Sue. Are we talking about Dax? I'm living in Fairfield/Suisun for about 45 years. Retirement is good, we are doing alot of camping & traveling. Yes times are different I'm enjoying my life BUT every day I wish we could do our high shool years again they were my best years, I miss those times... Thank you for your message take care stay safe.
